Suitable for processing circular, slot, lock, and irregular holes of aluminum alloy doors and windows, curtain wall aluminum alloy profiles, as well as milling, chamfering, plane carving, and other processes of aluminum profiles.
The spindle adopts air-cooled electric spindle with a power of 9k and a speed of 1800m, with high accuracy, safety, and reliability.
Adopting Taiwan's new generation CNC numerical control system, the built-in graphics library contains all milling graphics for the door and window industry (which can also be added according to customer requirements), and can store hundreds of graphic programs. Customers can directly modify data according to the graphics, and programming is simple and easy to learn.
The motion pair is fully equipped with imported guide rails, sliders, and the x-axis is driven by high-precision helical gears and racks. The Y-axis and Z-axis are driven by high-precision ball screws, ensuring smooth transmission and effectively improving the overall accuracy of the machine.
Manual pump oil supply system is adopted, and system controlled spray cooling device is adopted for tools.
